Last week I made three cocktails for Style Me Pretty and Macy’s. I wanted to share my favorite one with you… the Honey Citrus cocktail. It’s fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and orange juice, with Skyy Infused Dragon Fruit vodka and lightly sweetened with honey! I also added a sugared rim to dress it up ; ) There is nothing better than a fresh squeezed and muddled cocktail. It’s the perfect drink to serve for Easter brunch! Recipe below ; )
Honey Citrus Cocktail
4 ounces Skyy Infused Dragon Fruit vodka
2 teaspoons honey
4 ounces fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
2 ounces fresh squeezed orange juice
Add the honey, vodka, grapefruit juice and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 10 seconds and set aside. Wet the rim of the goblet with an orange or grapefruit wedge. Dip the glass, upside down, in a plate of sugar to coat the entire rim evenly. Pour the cocktail into the goblet and add ice. Garnish with a fresh flower and enjoy!
