My little brother, Dustin, recently graduated from the UC Davis Enology program, where he studied the science of wine making. How amazing is that?! He traveled to France’s wine region and studied their wine making techniques in areas like Alsace, Jura, Beaujolais and the south of France. He is now interning at a winery in Napa, where he’ll continue his studies and learn more about the process and science behind making wine. I guess he knows a thing or two about vino ; ) I thought it would be fun to ask him what wines he would pair with some of my favorite desserts!
