Perfect Fall Crunchy Apple Cake

Comments
This cake is the best fall cake recipe and a great way to use all of those apples you’ve collected from apple picking! It’s dense and super moist and when you pour the hot apple cider glaze over the top… oh my goodness, it’s delicious. I didn’t want to eat the whole cake myself, because I knew I would if it sat at home, so I sent it to work with Zan and they all devoured it! I think it was a hit and I promise you’ll like it too!! It reminds me of a classic apple cake recipe your grandma would make, ha! The recipe is from the cookbook Silver Palate. I also found it online here! I left out the walnuts, baked it in a bundt cake pan, sprinkled confectioners sugar on top and doubled the glaze recipe because I poured more on it the next day!

ps… not sure how I’m loving this bright green background I chose! It turned out much more neon than I thought… are neon colors still in?  : )
