With Father’s Day coming up, I thought it would be nice to do a little twist on the classic root beer float using Dad’s root beer, how perfect is that?! So I made a S’mores Root Beer Float and ohhhhh my goodness I don’t know any dad who wouldn’t want to devour one of these! It’s chocolate ice cream, layered with my favorite homemade marshmallow fluff and chunks of chocolate. Then you just add Dad’s Root Beer and top it off with crumbled graham cracker! So if you’re planning a dinner celebrating dad, set up a DIY root beer tray on the table for dessert and have fun with your family making delicious s’mores root beer floats!

Lightly layer the chocolate ice cream and marshmallow fluff almost to the top of the glass. You don’t want to pack it because the root beer needs to be able to travel down to the bottom! So just a small scoop of each will work.
Add chunks of chocolate throughout the layers.
Pour root beer over the ice cream and marshmallow fluff. Then top it off with more fluff, crumbled graham crackers and chocolate. Enjoy and celebrate dad!!
