Home Inspiration: Renovated House in Norway

NorwayHomeInspiration3NorwayHomeInspiration2NorwayHomeInspiration5NorwayHomeInspiration6NorwayHomeInspiration1When I come across a home I absolutely love I feel like it’s my duty to share it with you all! Who doesn’t want to be inspired to spruce up their home? Even if it’s the smallest detail like a silver lighting fixture, charming home decor never ceases to inspire. This renovated house in Norway is one of my favorites. It’s boasting with character and has a light, airy feeling throughout the home, but is still cozy. The white washed wood floors and gorgeous tiles are absolutely stunning. If I moved into a house with ugly wood floors and wanted a quick fix I would paint them white! I also adore the floor to ceiling subway tile in the kitchen (we did this in our kitchen), as well as the lighting fixtures and the Smeg refrigerator. The house also has two fireplaces… a dream!  The living room fireplace is a bit modern, but homey. I actually really like the surface of it, it’s almost like a concrete texture. I have a feeling I’ll be referring back to these photos often as we slowly continue to renovate our home. What do you love about this house? Anything stand out to you that you could add to your home?

Those beautiful gray kitchen cabinets and all the floors! Swoon. Thanks for the eye candy!
