DIY Beach Spray

beach-spray-01DIYBeachWaves6DIYBeachWaves5DIYBeachSpray_3 DIYBeachSpray_2 DIYBeachSpray_1I always love the way my hair feels after a day spent at the beach. It has a rough texture from the salt water and always holds the most perfect messy bun or ponytail. It’s the optimal messy hair that even companies like Bumble and Bumble have bottled up in their Surf Spray. We’ve decided to make our own spray to create that perfect, messy beach hair. Once you buy all of the products one time, you’re set for months of beach hair without having to live by the beach!

Thank you SO much Veronika for the sweetest comment! I am so glad you found Sugar and Charm through Mara’s site! AND I’m very happy to have a new reader 🙂 You will love the beach spray!! The texture is so similar to spending a day at the beach 😉 XOXO

Hmmm. Didn’t do anything for me….Of course, maybe one needs some hair to spray it on!

How long does the mixture stay fresh in the spray bottle? Also, could I use a different oil as opposed to almond?

Hi Sarah! If you add a little lemon juice it will last longer. I can’t say exactly because I used mine so quickly but I would say def. a couple weeks if not longer! And yes, you can use other oils too 🙂
