We’re back with another delicious Thanksgiving leftover appetizer! Our last recipe was a yummy combo of leftover turkey and sweet cranberry sauce on top of a Triscuit Cranberry Sage cracker. Today we’re sharing a savory recipe with Pancetta Green Beans, Stuffing, and melted Brie Cheese all on top of a Triscuit Cranberry & Sage cracker. Yes, it’s as good as it sounds! This holiday appetizer is a delectable mixture of savory, a touch of sweetness, and the perfect crunchy texture. It will definitely be a hit after Turkey Day and it’s simple to make – giving you extra time to spend relaxing with family and friends. So while you’re making your holiday shopping list don’t forget to think about the day after Thanksgiving, and pick up the ingredients to make this addicting appetizer.
Green Bean, Stuffing and Brie Appetizer (makes 24)
1 box of Triscuit Cranberry & Sage crackers
1 package brie cheese
1 cup leftover Pancetta Green Beans (Recipe below)
1 1/2 cups of leftover stuffing of your choice (Check out this Bread Stuffing with Sage recipe I used from MarthaStewart.com)
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Place 24 Triscuit Cranberry & Sage crackers on a tinfoil-covered cookie sheet. Add one small scoop of stuffing on the cracker, then place a small chunk of brie cheese and bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Remove from oven and immediately top with warmed Pancetta Green Beans.
Pancetta Green Beans
4 ounces cubed pancetta
4 cups washed and cut green beans
3 tablespoons butter
In a pan, melt the butter. Add in the pancetta and let it cook for a few minutes until browned. Add in the green beans and cook until warm and slightly crispy.
