My all time favorite cookie brings me back to my childhood.
I was about 13 when we got more than 3 feet of snow! When my father would use the snowblower to clear the driveway that curved in it left us with a HUGE pile of snow.
What else would three children do with it but make a sledding track!
We were out there for hours and as it got dark the warm glow from the front door cast a gold sparkle across the front yard and with that glow came my Mother holding a tray of cookies made from a secret recipe passed down by a family friend.
Now, these were not just any cookies, they were called potato chip cookies.
Salty and layered, buttery, delicately sweet and fluffy, it just warmed me to the bone.
I can still imagine it, and it will forever be my favorite cookie.
Now years later I have just moved into my first apartment, with my boyfriend and we are expecting snow to greet us soon and I can not wait to share this heavenly cookie with him while we enjoy the snow together!
This Kitchen Aid would be a dream to own, and I’m just positive it would make the perfect cookie! Good luck to all ! and Happy Holidays!

My favorite cookie would probably be the one called “chocolate crinkles”! A moist, fudgy chocolate cookie rolled into powdered sugar! It’s really famous in the Philippines & I grew up eating them. So when I moved here in LA & knew how to bake, I immediately searched up the best recipe for that cookie! Since then, it became a Christmas hit for my relatives & friends that they’ll receive my version of the chocolate crinkles every christmas party! 😀
