SAC_KitchenAid_Promo15_v1HomemadeCurlyFries_10HomemadeCurlyFries_2HomemadeCurlyFries_4HomemadeCurlyFries_5HomemadeCurlyFries_6HomemadeCurlyFries_8 I’ve always wanted to make homemade curly fries, so I was ecstatic to try KitchenAid’s Spiralizer with Peel, Core and Slice attachment to fulfill my homemade fry obsession, haha!! This the first time I’ve used one of their attachments (I know!!) and it won’t be the last, because I love them just as much as I love my KitchenAid Stand Mixer! I’m trying the pasta attachment next! These homemade curly French fries were so good, I literally couldn’t stop eating them! We made the best garlic aioli sauce to dip them in and ate the entire batch for lunch… obviously I wouldn’t do this everyday, but oh my goodness, was it worth the indulgence!!

Since we want you to fall in love with KitchenAid and their attachments too, we’re giving away a standalone mixer (in any color you want!!) AND the Spiralizer with Peel, Core and Slice attachment!! You can enter HERE, and by entering you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Homemade Curly Fries Recipe
5 potatoes, peeled
Vegetable oil for frying
Seasonings like paprika, chili powder and garlic salt

Directions
Using the Spiralizer with Peel, Core and Slice attachment, peel the fries and use the spiral to cut them into curly fries.

If you’re not frying them right away, place them in a bowl with cold water and place in the fridge. Drain, pat dry before frying.

Heat a few inches of vegetable oil in a large pot to 400 degrees.

In a few batches, cook potatoes until soft and golden brown. Place on a paper towel to let the excess oil drain.

We added paprika, garlic salt and chili powder in a bowl to season them!! SO GOOD!

Garlic Aioli Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
2 garlic minced
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper

Directions
Whisk all of the ingredients in a bowl and ENJOY!

To enter the giveaway follow the directions here. The winner will be selected at random and the KitchenAid Stand Mixer and Spiralizer with Peel, Core and Slice attachment will be shipped by KitchenAid to the winner. I absolutely love my Kitchen Aid and I’m always impressed that they have so many attachment options. This one is new on me! I would love to make homemade curly fries. I have to say that they attachment I want the most is the one that makes sausages. MmmmMMmm!

These fries look amazing! I have such a soft spot for french fries (like…all kinds. Curly, regular, criss-cut, seasoned etc.) I have always wanted a KitchenAid and a spiralizer option makes it that much more enticing!

Oh my gosh, those fries look yummy. The Garlic Aioli Sauce is something I’ve tried in a restaurant and it was heavenly. Thank you for sharing and this awesome opportunity for such a great prize!

    Merry Christmas from Texas
