hospitality at its strangest

sc1I’ve kind of been lagging on the blogging this week! Too much to do around this place: Crafting, organizing, cleaning, assisting my hubby on set and shopping with Christine (which included a trip to a really icky-smelling thrift store! Ewww.) Anyway, I remembered a few days ago that Amy Sedaris has a new book coming out! If you don’t know who she is… she’s an actress, comedian and author of a super funny “entertaining book” called: I Like You, Hospitality Under the InfluenceMy sister, Jessie, bought this book for me (thanks Jess for buying me the weirdest entertaining book ever) many years ago and I’ve found it to be a fave in my stack of entertaining books, definitely one-of-a-kind. It’s totally loopy and filled with wacked-out ideas, recipes and pictures, as well as, hilarious writing… I love it!

On November 2nd, her next book titled:Simple Times, Crafts for Poor People… The title is odd and hilarious, but I’m sure it’s a good sign that the whole book is strangely entertaining.
