I let Saint Patrick’s Day slip right through the cracks! What is it with this charming little holiday that I forget about? I thinks it’s an adorable tradition and a great way to bring culture into your home when you have kids, but for some reason I usually don’t do too many projects or baking. Well, I take that back, I’ve done a few things in the past years like this, this and this, but this year nada! As Romeo gets older I’ll have more fun creating special memories for him. Right now I’m all about Easter! This week we celebrated Zan’s birthday. I baked him his requested dessert (this), we had cupcakes and wine one night, delivered cookies and balloons (that got away and popped an hour later, scaring his coworkers… oops!) to his work and had a great Italian dinner with our best friends. I really enjoy celebrating birthdays because every day is a gift and every year that we’re blessed to grow older is something to celebrate.

How stunning is that table escape above styled by my all time favorite, Lisa Vorce.
The best Irish Coffee for Saint Patrick’s Day morning.
I fell in love with the home of Darcy Miller…
Picnic wine… already in its stemless glass. How easy for entertaining on-the-go!
Print your Instagram photos on wood!
Gap is having their friends and family sale today through Monday, so I bought these flats for such a reasonable price!

That photo is gorgeous!!!! I want so badly to attend a kid free dinner like that. It looks perfect! This is the first year we’ve done anything for St. Patrick’s day…and it isn’t much. We’re making some lucky charm treats with one of Ezra’s cousins later today. I wanted to do a lunch with some of his friends….but we just couldn’t make it work this weekend! 🙁 I need to check out all those links! I have been filling my shopping cart online at Gap the past few days. They have such great sales and its a good time to stock my boys up with their summer clothes! Have a good weekend, e! xo
