Fresh Squeezed Fruit Popsicles

The weather is warming up and with my baby boy loving fresh fruit, I thought I would start making him some fresh squeezed, organic popsicles with the Zoku maker we just bought. I chose grapefruits, raspberries, kiwis and watermelon. I also used coconut milk and Greek yogurt mixed with vanilla bean. I didn’t add any sugar and they were fairly sweet from the natural sugars in the fruit. You can add a little sugar if you want to cut the tartness of the grapefruit. Romeo devoured two popsicles and absolutely loved them! I have a feeling I’ll be making a lot of these this summer. The Zoku popsicle maker is so easy to use and makes them in just minutes!

For the pink striped popsicle I used grapefruit juice and pureed watermelon and raspberries together for the darker pink strip. I also used coconut milk and a little fresh lemonade.

The green popsicle is fresh squeezed kiwi, coconut milk and some watermelon-raspberry juice. If you want to
use Greek yogurt instead, you can substitute for the coconut milk.

Happy Summer!!
