Home for the Holidays

HomefortheHolidays1HomefortheHolidays2HomefortheHolidays4HomefortheHolidays3Ah, the spirit of the holidays is finally in the crisp air! We’ve proudly partnered with Campbell’s Homestyle Soup to celebrate the holidays and like most people, this is my favorite time of year! This video perfectly sums up what I love most about the holidays… cozy fires, delicious food and creating special memories with your loved ones. Each year, we happily bounce from coast to coast to share the holidays with both sides of our family. This year we’ll be going to Zan’s charming childhood home just outside of New York City. Growing up in Cali, our Christmases were special but lacked that wintery feeling. There’s something special about a true winter Christmas with snow, a warm fire in a cozy home, a giant real tree and the smell of pine and fireplaces. It feels like a storybook and I feel so lucky that I’m able to experience this since meeting Zan a decade ago!
His parents have lived in the same house for over 35 years and it’s really sweet to be able to gather in their home every other Christmas. Being home for the holidays just lifts our spirits and fills our memories with joyous family time, laughter, music and endless warm food to offset the chilly weather. His family is Italian, so there’s never a lack of food (and vino). For me, there really is no place like home for the holidays, even when home just means being with loved ones. Celebrating the holidays is the best way to wrap up another year and count down the days until the next one!
So Campbell’s Homestyle Soup wants to send 15 people home for the holidays with a $500 airline gift card! There truly is no better feeling than being home with family during the holiday season and I love that Campbell’s wants to be part of making your holidays extra merry and in the company of family.
