Alaskan Beer Milkshake

When we went our Alaskan cruise, we drank Alaskan beer and heard a lot of talk about the Klondike, which was a popular area during the Gold Rush. Like Pavlov’s dogs, every time we heard the word “Klondike,” we immediately thought of the delicious Klondike bars!! While sipping on Alaskan beer, the idea of a smooth and delicious beer shake came to mind. After trying this creation, we were sold on the idea and felt like we had struck gold! The ultra smooth ice cream and subtly of the crisp, slightly sweet beer is the perfect combo for a creamy, boozy milkshake.

It’s simple to make too! Combine 1 cup beer with 1 box unwrapped vanilla Klondike bars and blend until smooth! Top with fresh whipped cream!
