We whipped up a fluffy, creamy and very delicious no bake cheesecake for Saint Patrick’s Day!! The filling is so simple, there’s only a few ingredients and the crust is made with Nature’s Valley granola, butter and sugar, and it’s incredibly tasty!! We added green food coloring, topped them with whipped cream and sprinkled on some edible gold start to make them festive : )
