Three Ingredient Caramel Coffee Milkshake

An easy Caramel Coffee Milkshake recipe

Coffee and vanilla ice cream together is one of my favorite flavor combinations. I specifically remember sitting outside on a really hot summer day, sipping a coffee shake from Baskin-Robbins. Yes, my mother pretty much let me eat what I wanted. Then at 16 I started working at a coffee shop (best job ever!) and we made Kona coffee milkshakes that were to die for. That is where my love for coffee and ice cream started and I will always be a fan!

How to make a milkshake

There are several ways to make a smooth and creamy milkshake. We personally like to keep it simple with only a few ingredients. It usually consists of ice cream, milk and maybe an additional flavor. For this one, we used vanilla ice cream, coffee and a little extra caramel syrup. We blended all together in my Vitamix to create a very smooth consistency.

We used Dunkin Donuts Carmel Coffee Cake for the brewed coffee, but you can use what you have. I loved the idea of adding coffee cake crumbs to the top of the milkshake! Let us know if you make this shake and share it with us on Instagram by tagging @sugarandcharm! We love to see what you make!
