Is it just me or are the standard, plug-in coffee makers our mothers used totally out of style?! These days it’s all about controlling the brewing process, the art of coffee and the incredible coffee and espresso “makers” that don’t require an outlet! Most of them are brewing less than half the acidity than the bulky countertop makers and they take up half the space. Five years ago I registered for a French Press when Zan and I got married. That was the “new” way to brew, but now there are even more ways and exciting new makers are always popping up. I have to admit, being the coffee fanatic I am, I kind of love it! I own 4 out of 6 of these… I know excessive, but they’re not very expensive and now I have several options for my guests. “Eden, can I have a cup of coffee?” “Sure! Would you like iced or a medium French Pressed? How about a strong Italian latte or a Vietnamese coffee?” Seriously!! I might have a slight problem ; )
