2 ounces pineapple juice
2 pineapple chunks muddled
1 1/2 ounces ginger-infused SKYY vodka
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons (or more if you like it sweeter!) agave nectar
Muddle pineapple chunks in a cocktail shaker with pineapple juice. Add the vodka, ice and agave and shake for 20 seconds. Add a small amount of pineapple juice to the rim of the glass and dip it into the gold stars. Then fill the glass with ice (but carefully so the stars don’t fall off) and strain the cocktail over the ice. Top off with a small amount of club soda. It’s super refreshing and very mild in sweetness.
