AND would you believe it if I told you, I actually prefer eating it in the form of spun sugar rather than a cane?

Ho ho ho!! So, we teamed up with some of our favorite bloggers for a big ol’ cookie exchange (#ChristmasCookieSquad) and made one of our favorite holiday treats… candy cane peppermint bark fudge, topped with candy cane cotton candy!

This fudge recipe is super easy to make (easy + holidays = happy) and when topped with a little puff of spun candy cane, it’s a total hit at any party! The best part is, when you make cotton candy from candy canes, it doesn’t disintegrate as fast, so you can leave it out on a dessert table and it will look fresh for awhile! Recipe below! 1. Hi! These are super adorable and I can’t wait to make them for our ugly sweater holiday party. 🙂 One question…in the directions there is no mention of the condensed milk. Do you heat that as well over the double boiler or stir in after it is all melted? Thanks, Eden! Such a beautiful dessert!

    • Oh my goodness!! Thank you Kimberly for letting me know!! I fixed it! So you mix the condensed milk with the chocolate, etc. and stir before you melt on a double broiler. I tried adding it in after the chocolate was melted and it doesn’t work at all! So it has to be done before while the ingredients are all still room temp. They will melt together so your chocolate won’t lump together. Chocolate can be so tricky!!
