We’re so excited to share these dairy-free strawberry banana smoothie popsicles! For any of you who have family members (like my husband!) who can’t have dairy or if you try to limit your dairy intake, these are absolutely perfect!
We’re addicted to smoothies in our house, so these are a fun way to switch it up and enjoy a smoothie. We used Silk’s dairy-free soy yogurt and yummy Vanilla Coconut Milk to make these delicious strawberry and banana smoothie pops!
They make a great on-the-go, nutritious, light and healthy breakfast option if you don’t have time to make a smoothie.
They’re an excellent fit for busy schedules since you can make them ahead time, store them in the freezer and then grab one while running out of the house.
How to Make Strawberry Banana Smoothie Popsicles
You’ll need a powerful blender, popsicle mold, bowl with a spout for pouring.
- Soy Strawberry Yogurt
- Frozen Strawberries
- Coconut Milk
The directions are simple! Just blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a popsicle mold and let the popsicles freeze overnight.
For striped popsicles, fill the popsicle mold 1/4 of the way full with the strawberry banana smoothie, then freeze 20 minutes.
Add the next layer of coconut milk until it reaches 1/2 of the way full. Let it freeze.
Repeat this step again until you reach the top of the mold.
Quick tip – Whisk in tablespoon cornstarch to the coconut milk to make it smoother and less icy!
Smoothie Popsicle Toppings
I personally like to add a little garnish to each popsicle! Drizzle a little honey over the top, then dip them into granola, coconut, chia seeds or chopped nuts. The crunchy texture goes perfectly with the smoothie pop!

Tips for Making Popsicles
Make sure to leave about 1/4″ space at the top of the mold for the popsicle to expand.
When juice and water freezes, it expands. If the juice and ice expand over the mold, it makes the removal of the lid on the mold harder. Also, you don’t get a clean edge to your popsicle.
Use a bowl or liquid measuring cup to pour the smoothie into the popsicle mold.

Dairy Free Strawberry Banana Smoothie Popsicles
- 8 ounces spy strawberry yogurt, we used soy yogurt
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 2 cups Coconut Milk , divided into 1 cup for the smoothie, 1 cup for the stripes.
- In a blender, combine yogurt, banana, strawberries and 1 cup coconut milk. Feel free to add more milk for desired consistency.
- To make striped smoothies, pour a small amount of the smoothie mix into each popsicle mold. Freeze, then do a layer of coconut milk. Freeze again and continue the layers until you reach the top.
- For solid smoothie pops, fill the mold to the top with the strawberry smoothie mix and freeze. Drizzle with honey and top with granola!
