1 stick butter, room temperature (1/2 cup)
2 teaspoons dried lavender
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh thyme
Thai Chili Butter
1 stick butter, room temperature (1/2 cup)
1/2 teaspoon Thai chiles, crushed
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
Paprika & Fennel Butter
1 stick butter, room temperature (1/2 cup)
2 tablespoons fresh chives, thinly sliced
3/4 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon fennel
Whip the butter and the ingredients together until everything is incorporated.
