Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
  • 16 tablespoonsbutter, softened
  • 2½ cupsconfectioners sugar
  • 3/4 cupcocoa powder
  • 1/3 cupwhole milk
  • 1½ teaspoonvanilla
  • 1 tablespoonbrewed coffee
  1. In an electric mixer, with the paddle attachment, whip the butter and sugar and cocoa powder together until light and fluffy
  2. Add in the vanilla and espresso and continue whipping
  3. Slowly add in the whole milk until fully whipped
  4. Whip on high for a few minutes until light and fluffy
