Traditional Fondue Recipe
Serves: Serves Four People
  • 1 cupdry white wine
  • 1 poundgruyere cheese
  • 1/2 poundSwiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoonflour
  • 2 tablespoonminced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonnutmeg
  1. Grate the cheese in a bowl. Simmer wine on stove in a medium pan. Add in cheese ¼ of a cup at a time until it's completely melted. It might still be a tiny but clumpy, but don't worry! Once all the cheese is melted mix in the flour to thicken it. Then add in the garlic, salt and nutmeg. Transfer to fondu pot to keep warm. Enjoy!
