Cookie week continues with a recipe my mother-in-law has been making for years! She originally saw the recipe in Bon Appétit and it’s been a family favorite ever since. Even though they’re not a Sugar and Charm original recipe, I wanted to share them because they’re by far the best homemade Biscotti I’ve ever had. The flavors of lemon, vanilla and aniseed mixed with chewy cranberries and pistachios makes them very unique and festive!! And dipping them in white chocolate takes them to another level!
