Happy Tuesday, Charmers! I’m excited to have Molly from Almost Makes Perfect sharing a delicious and refreshing raspberry Moscow Mule recipe perfect for summer!

It’s a super easy cocktail recipe that you can make in just a couple of minutes! If you haven’t checked out Molly’s blog it’s chock full of fun DIY projects and beautiful photography. Definitely one for your blog roll!

Apple Cider Moscow Mule

Raspberry Moscow Mules (makes two mules)
4 shots of vodka
2 shots of fresh lime juice
1 shot of simple syrup
20 raspberries
ginger beer

Directions
Add your vodka and raspberries into a cocktail shaker and muddle gently until well combined.
Add the lime juice and simple syrup, along with ice and shake.
Fill your glasses or copper cups with ice and fine strain the contents of the cocktail shaker.
Top with ginger beer. Stir and garnish!

    I haven’t tried a Moscow Mule yet, but this one looks beautiful. I don’t think there are any copper cups in my future, though. Sadness. I guess if I drink enough of these, I won’t mind.
