Using three very simple ingredients, you can make this rosé, sorbet and gin cocktail! Perfect for light and refreshing summer cocktail or even dessert!
Have you ever had rosé, sorbet, and gin before?! You must, if you haven’t… because it’s pretty fantastic!
Raspberry Sorbet
We made a raspberry sorbet, then topped it with some rosé and a dash of gin, which gave it the perfect tiny kick!!
Also, to make this even easier you can buy raspberry sorbet from the store! When buying storebought, I try to get high-quality brands with quality ingredients.
It’s a strong cocktail and the first sip is like, whoa! But then, it smooths out and is incredibly tasty. It feels refreshing to your palate and a unique idea for a boozy summer dessert.
Furthermore, it’s an excellent sipping cocktail with a great presentation.
Also, great for entertaining, since you can make the sorbet before, then pop open a bottle of rosé and add a dash of gin! No mixing, stirring or juicing required!
Gin

Hendricks and Bombay are also good gins to use with this as well as any small-batch, handcrafted gins.
Rosé
For the rosé, any affordable bottle will be just fine. When making cocktails with wine you don’t need to use expensive bottles!
