Gluten Free Chocolate Fudge Brownies
Made with olive oil, maple syrup and almond flour and taste just as good as any other fudge brownie, without the flour!

- 4 ounces semi sweet chocolate bar, chopped
- 3 ounces dark chocolate bar (at least 72%), chopped
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2/3 cup almond flour or meal
Melt the chocolate chopped in a medium saucepan on low, stirring constantly.
Whisk in oil, brown sugar and maple syrup.
Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time, whisking.
Add in baking soda and salt and flour.
Pour into an 8x8 pan and bake in 350 degrees for 15 mins
