Homemade Curly Fries
Using the Spiralizer with Peel, Core and Slice attachment, peel the fries and use the spiral to cut them into curly fries.
If you're not frying them right away, place them in a bowl with cold water and place in the fridge. Drain, pat dry before frying.
Heat a few inches of vegetable oil in a large pot to 400 degrees.
In a few batches, cook potatoes until soft and golden brown. Place on a paper towel to let the excess oil drain.
We added paprika, garlic salt and chili powder in a bowl to season them!! SO GOOD!
