  • Seasonings like paprika chili powder and garlic salt

Garlic Aioli Sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • pepper

Instructions

Homemade Curly Fries

  • Using the Spiralizer with Peel, Core and Slice attachment, peel the fries and use the spiral to cut them into curly fries.
  • If you're not frying them right away, place them in a bowl with cold water and place in the fridge. Drain, pat dry before frying.
  • Heat a few inches of vegetable oil in a large pot to 400 degrees.
  • In a few batches, cook potatoes until soft and golden brown. Place on a paper towel to let the excess oil drain.
  • We added paprika, garlic salt and chili powder in a bowl to season them!! SO GOOD!

Garlic Aioli Sauce

  • Whisk all of the ingredients in a bowl and ENJOY!
