Carrot Margarita Recipe
I was shocked at how refreshing and delicious a carrot margarita is!
Servings: 1 drink
- 4 ounces fresh carrot juice
- 2 ounces Jalapeño Tequila we used Tanteo
- 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
- 1 ounce fresh juice from a lime
- 1/2 ounce fresh juice from an orange
If you have a juicer at home, make fresh carrot juice. If not, you can buy fresh-squeezed carrot juice from Whole Foods or a local grocery store.
Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until combined.
Salt the rim of a glass and add one large ice cube.
Strain the cocktail over the ice. Serve with lime if you desire.
