Ingredients

Brown Sugar and Bacon Cashews

  • 1 can of Planters Deluxe Cashews 8.5 ounces
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 package thick cut bacon
  • 1 tablespoon bacon fat from the bacon you use
  • 1/2 cup water

Cranberry Sugar Nut Brittle

  • 1 can Planters deluxe mixed nuts 8.75 ounces
  • 1 can Planters salted caramel nuts 6 ounces
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water

Spicy and Smoked Chipotle Nuts

  • 1 can Planters Chipotle Peanuts 6 ounces
  • 1 can Planters Smoked Peanuts 6 ounces
  • 1 can Planters mixed nuts 10.3 ounces
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed cayenne pepper
  • 1.5 tbsp hot sauce depending on how spicy you like it!

Instructions

Brown Sugar and Bacon Cashews

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  • Cover a baking sheet (with small sidein tin foil.
  • Lay the bacon next to each other and cook for 20 minutes (or until donturning half way in between.
  • Cut the bacon into chunks.
  • In a medium sauce pan, heat the brown sugar and water until the sugar is melted.
  • Add in the cashews and stir until cashews are light brown.
  • Pour in the bacon fat and bacon chunks and coat the cashews.
  • Place them in a bowl and serve with a napkin!

Cranberry Sugar Nut Brittle

  • Boil all of the ingredients together until the sugar is thick and somewhat dissolved. Lay parchment paper on a cookie sheet and spread the nuts out evenly. Let them cool completely until hardened, then break it apart like brittle.

Spicy and Smoked Chipotle Nuts

  • Mix until all of the nuts are coated in spices. You can really choose how much spice you want to use depending on what you like. Don’t be afraid to add more or less! Enjoy!!!
