Homemade Ricotta with Blood Oranges and Honey

Rosemary Infused Honey
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 sprigs of rosemary
In a small saucepan, bring the rosemary and honey to a simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it sit for another 25 minutes.
Remove the rosemary sprigs before bottling the honey.
Toast the baguettes with a little olive oil. Spread the ricotta on each piece, top with a blood orange slice and drizzle the honey over the top.
