Mexican Style Fruit Plate with Chili Lime Salt

- 1 medium watermelon sliced into long peices
- 1 pineapple sliced into long peices
- 1 mango sliced into long peices
- 4 limes two for seasoing, two for ganrishing
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Zest 2 limes in a small bowl.
Add in the chili and salt and mix well
Sprinkle the seasoning on the fruit.
When assembling the plate, add a layer of fruit, then sprinkle the seasoning over the top, add another layer and more seasoning... repeat.
