Mexican Style Fruit Plate with Chili Lime Salt

An easy way to add some spice to fruit!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium watermelon sliced into long peices
  • 1 pineapple sliced into long peices
  • 1 mango sliced into long peices
  • 4 limes two for seasoing, two for ganrishing
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Zest 2 limes in a small bowl.
  • Add in the chili and salt and mix well
  • Sprinkle the seasoning on the fruit.
  • When assembling the plate, add a layer of fruit, then sprinkle the seasoning over the top, add another layer and more seasoning... repeat.
