Wild Berry Energy Cocktail

A simple cocktail made with muddled berries, gin, lemon juice and topped with sparkling energy water!

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 large strawberries
  • 2 raspberries
  • 2 blackberries
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 2 ounces sparkling energy seltzer Hiball

Instructions

  • Muddle strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries in a cocktail shaker.
  • Add in lemon juice, gin, and simple syrup.
  • Shake with ice and strain in a glass filled with ice
  • Top with Hiball Wild Berry Energy Seltzer.

Notes

You don't need to measure the sparkling water, just top the cocktail off with about 2 ounces of water. 
You can also add in blueberries!
Use a good gin made with floral bontanics. We love Gray Whale or Hendricks.
