Blondie Recipe

Delicious, buttery chocolate chip blondies with a dash of sea salt!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 oz chocolate chips milk chocolate, semisweet or bittersweet

Instructions

  • Make sure butter is room temperature. 
  • In an electric mixer, with the paddle attachment, beat the butter and brown sugar. 
  • Add in the eggs and vanilla and continue to beat.
  • Turn the mixture to low and slowly add in the flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined. Do not overmix.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Bake in 9 x 9 X 3 greased pan. We use a little vegetable oil rubbed on the bottom and sides of the pan. 
  • Bake for 30 minutes at a preheated 325-degree oven or until light golden brown.
