  • 15 Broccoli  sliced
  • 15 Sugar Snap Peas
  • 2 Cucumbers sliced
  • 20 Green Beans
  • 4 Celery sliced
  • 3 Radish sliced
  • 15 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper sliced
  • 2 Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • Herbs

Instructions

  • Wash and prepare the vegetables.

  • Start by outlining the round platter with vegetables like broccoli and bell peppers.

  • Continue layering the vegetables over each other—layer in celery, cucumbers, peppers, etc.

  • Leave the center of the platter clear and continue with a round, wreath shape. 
  • Once the vegetables are on the platter, add herbs to make it look full, like a wreath. 
  • Garnish with edible flowers and berries.
