Ingredients

sugar

dried hibiscus flower
Instructions
In a small saucepan, simmer the sugar and water until the sugar melts.
Add in the dried flowers and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
Remove fron heat and let the mixture cool.
Starin the syrup through a mesh seive to remove the flowers.
You can do this over a bowl and then pour it into a glass jar or use a funnel and strain directly into a glass jar.
Notes
It should be stored in the refrigerator and will last about 1 month. It can go bad after a month, so always make sure you smell it before using.
