Rosemary Ginger Simple Syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger peeled
Prosecco Pomegranate Punch
- 3 cups Prosecco
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup rosemary ginger simple syrup
- 1/4 cup gin
- fresh rosemary
- pomegranate seeds
Rosemary Ginger Simple Syrup
In a saucepan combined sugar, water, rosemary and ginger.
Bring to a soft boil until the sugar dissolves. At least 3 minutes.
Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes so the flavors can infuse.
Prosecco Pomegranate Punch
Add more or less simple syrup if you like a sweeter or less sweet punch.
Make this punch ahead of time by adding all of the ingredients (leave out the ice and Prosecco) into a pitcher and store in the refrigerator. Add the Prosecco and ice right before serving.
