Ingredients

Rosemary Ginger Simple Syrup

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger peeled

Prosecco Pomegranate Punch

  • 3 cups Prosecco
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup rosemary ginger simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup gin
  • fresh rosemary
  • pomegranate seeds

Instructions

Rosemary Ginger Simple Syrup

  • In a saucepan combined sugar, water, rosemary and ginger.
  • Bring to a soft boil until the sugar dissolves. At least 3 minutes.
  • Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes so the flavors can infuse.

Prosecco Pomegranate Punch

  • Add all of the ingredients into a pitcher or a punch bowl.
  • Fill the pitcher with ice and garnish with fresh rosemary and pomegranate seeds.

Notes

Add more or less simple syrup if you like a sweeter or less sweet punch. 
Make this punch ahead of time by adding all of the ingredients (leave out the ice and Prosecco)  into a pitcher and store in the refrigerator. Add the Prosecco and ice right before serving.
