  • 2 ounces apple cider
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • 1/2 ounce rosemary simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce zero-proof spirit this is optional, you can leave this out.

Instructions

Rosemary Simple Syrup

  • Make the simple rosemary syrup by combing 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, and 2 sprigs of rosemary in a small saucepan. Simmer until the sugar dissolves, then strain and remove the rosemary.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add the lime juice, simple syrup, apple cider, cranberry juice, and zero-proof.

Notes

Making a simple syrup is easy! Just follow our guide, using 2 large rosemary sprigs. You can save this in the refrigerator for 1 week to make cocktails!
We love adding zero-proof spirits in the drink, however, you can make this without as well. I do recommend having it on hand if you make a lot of mocktails though!
Instead of lime juice try lemon juice or orange juice too.
