A Delicious Jasmine and Peach Smoothie

A flavorful peach smoothie recipe with jasmine! Sweetened with maple syrup. This is an easy smoothie to make!

  • Blender


  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 6 ounces peach yogurt
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup Jasmine tea
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup more if you need
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 4 fresh Jasmine flowers to garnish


  • Add all of the ingredients (besides the fresh flowers) into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Garnish with Jasmine flowers and peaches!


Alter the ingredients to make it your own.
You can actually blend a few Jasmine flowers if you wanted to!
Oat milk, almond milk, regular milk or coconut milk will work for this.
