Ingredients

Cinnamon Hot Chocolate

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 15 g Pure Via® sweetener comes in little packets

Topping

  • 1/4 cup whipped cream whip heavy cream or coconut cream in a blender with a whisk until thick. Use 1/2 cup and save for extra.
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Warm the almond milk in a saucepan.
  • Mix the unsweetened cocoa, cinnamon sticks and Pure Via® into the milk and heat on medium-low for about 10 minutes.
  • Whisk to blend together and melt the cocoa powder.
  • While that is heating, whip heavy cream or coconut cream in an electric mixer with the whisk attachment and beat until thick.
