Ingredients

Green Bean, Stuffing and Brie Appetizer

  • 1 box of Triscuit Cranberry & Sage crackers
  • 1 package brie cheese
  • 1 cup leftover Pancetta Green Beans Recipe below
  • 1 1/2 cups leftover stuffing of your choice Check out this Bread Stuffing with Sage recipe I used from MarthaStewart.com

Pancetta Green Beans

  • 4 ounces cubed pancetta
  • 4 cups washed and cut green beans
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Instructions

Green Bean, Stuffing and Brie Appetizer

  • Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Place 24 Triscuit Cranberry & Sage crackers on a tinfoil-covered cookie sheet.
  • Add one small scoop of stuffing on the cracker, then place a small chunk of brie cheese and bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from oven and immediately top with warmed Pancetta Green Beans.

Pancetta Green Beans

  • In a pan, melt the butter. Add in the pancetta and let it cook for a few minutes until browned. Add in the green beans and cook until warm and slightly crispy.
