- 4½ cups pineapple juice
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tablespoon cloves
- 3 star anis
- 1/2 teaspoon whole pink peppercorn
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 ounces rum
- 3 ounces brandy
Simmer all of the ingredients (except the brandy and the rutogether in a large pot.
Simmer for 30 minutes or longer for the flavors to infuse.
Once the flavors are infused, pour through a mesh strainer to remove the spices.
Add in the brandy and rum and serve
