Caramel Corn with White Chocolate and Almonds

This caramel corn is sweet crunchy and delicious! Perfect for Halloween

Ingredients

  • 62 g popcorn
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 170 g almonds
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • .5 stick butter
  • .25 c light corn syrup
  • .5 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  • boil the brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. About 5 mins
  • Remove from heat and add baking soda
  • pour over popcorn and mix it in using a spatula
  • put in an oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour
  • lay out on wax paper and let it dry until crisp
  • Take half the caramel corn in a separate bowl
  • melt the white chocolate in a pan, 5 mins
  • pour over half the caramel
  • Add both halves of caramel corn and mix, let dry for 20 mins and serve
