Caramel Corn with White Chocolate and Almonds

- 62 g popcorn
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 170 g almonds
- 1 c brown sugar
- .5 stick butter
- .25 c light corn syrup
- .5 tsp baking soda
boil the brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. About 5 mins
Remove from heat and add baking soda
pour over popcorn and mix it in using a spatula
put in an oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour
lay out on wax paper and let it dry until crisp
Take half the caramel corn in a separate bowl
melt the white chocolate in a pan, 5 mins
pour over half the caramel
Add both halves of caramel corn and mix, let dry for 20 mins and serve
