Queso Blanco Dip
A smooth, creamy queso blanco dip made with cheese and milk. Perfect for nachos, tacos, burgers and more! This is simply the best queso dip ever!

Ingredients

canola oil

garlic clove
minced

American white cheese
cubbed
3/4
cup
whole milk

ounces
diced green chilies
in a can, drained
1/2
tsp
salt

tsp
pepper
Instructions
In a large non-stick pan add the oil and heat on medium.
Next, sauté the garlic in the pan for 3 minutes.
Add in the milk and the cheese and stir so it doesn’t burn.
Cook at a very low heat, until the cheese is melted.
Add in the drained green chilis, salt and pepper.
Serve warm!
Notes
If you like your queso blanco dip even spicier add in some fresh jalapeño pepper!
