Queso Blanco Dip

A smooth, creamy queso blanco dip made with cheese and milk. Perfect for nachos, tacos, burgers and more! This is simply the best queso dip ever!

  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 lb American white cheese cubbed
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 4 ounces diced green chilies in a can, drained
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper


  • In a large non-stick pan add the oil and heat on medium. 
  • Next, sauté the garlic in the pan for 3 minutes.
  • Add in the milk and the cheese and stir so it doesn’t burn.
  • Cook at a very low heat, until the cheese is melted. 
  • Add in the drained green chilis, salt and pepper. 
  • Serve warm! 


If you like your queso blanco dip even spicier add in some fresh jalapeño pepper!
