Frozen Pina Colada
A tropical cocktail make with pineapple, coconut and rum.
Servings: 1 cocktail
- 2 ounces coconut rum or white rum
- 10 ounces frozen pineapple
- 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce coconut cream
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
Add all of the ingredients into a blender.
Blend on high for 2 minutes (more if needed) until the texture is super smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve with a cherry and a cocktail umbrella.
If you don't have frozen pineapple, use fresh and add 1 cup of ice to the recipe.
