A tropical cocktail make with pineapple, coconut and rum.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces coconut rum or white rum
  • 10 ounces frozen pineapple
  • 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce coconut cream
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients into a blender.

  • Blend on high for 2 minutes (more if needed) until the texture is super smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and serve with a cherry and a cocktail umbrella.

Notes

If you don't have frozen pineapple, use fresh and add 1 cup of ice to the recipe.
