- 5 cups of sweet and sour mix recipe below
- 1 cup Chambord
- 1 cup triple sec
- 3 cups reposado tequila use a good quality tequila!
Homemade Sweet and Sour Mix recipe:
- 3 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 2 cups fresh-squeezed lemon juice
Homemade Sweet and Sour Mix recipe:
Add the sugar and water into a medium saucepan and bring to a soft boil to dissolve the sugar. Remove from heat and let cool, then pour into a large container.
Add in 2 cups lemon juice and 2 cups lime juice and stir.
You won’t use all of this for the margarita recipe, so just save the rest for later
