Candy Cane Peppermint Bark Fudge
This fudge recipe is super easy to make (easy + holidays = happy) and when topped with a little puff of spun candy cane, it's a total hit at any party!

Chocolate
- 2 1/4 cups semi-sweet morsels one 12 ounce bag
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk 8 ounces
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
White Chocolate
- 2 1/4 cups white chocolate morsels
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk 8 ounces
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
Stir the chocolate, condensed milk, baking soda and peppermint extract together in a heat-proof bowl.
Set it on a double broiler (on low), until almost melted.
Remove from heat and stir in the remaining (unmelted) chunks of chocolate.
Pour into 8x8 pan and let it sit in the refrigerator.
Do the same with the white chocolate and pour into of the cooled chocolate layer.
If you have a cotton candy machine (we used this one!), crush the candy cane and then add it into your machine. Follow the directions on the cotton candy machine to complete.
Put each little cotton candy puff on top of the bark and enjoy!!
