Everything you need to know about arranging tulips in a vase. The quintessential flowers of spring, tulips have a way of dazzling the eye and brightening any space with their cheerful good looks. They are simple to arrange and require zero floral skills!
Gently rinse the stems with fresh water to remove any dirt.
Trim the ends of the stems with sharp scissors. The stem length should stand about six inches from the top of the vase.
Fill the vase 3/4 of the way full with clean cold water.
Add your tulips one at a time if you prefer or you can arrange them in a bouquet while in your hand and then place the entire bunch in the vase all at once.
Notes
One bunch of tulips is about about 15 blooms. To fill a medium vase you'll need 30 blooms or more.
