Watermelon Drink with Cucumber

Equipment

  • Cheesecloth
  • strainer

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon cubed
  • 1 1/2 cucumber sliced with peel off
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Remove the watermelon rind and cut the watermelon into cubes. 
  • Slice the cucumber, removing the peel first. 
  • Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add cheesecloth over a strainer and then pour the watermelon, cucumber liquid into the cheesecloth to strain. 
  • Throw away the cheesecloth and watermelon residue. 
  • Pour the watermelon juice into a jar or pitcher and enjoy!
