Watermelon Drink with Cucumber
A refreshing watermelon drink, packed with vitamins and minerals to hydrate during hot summer months!
Servings: 5 cups
- 4 cups watermelon cubed
- 1 1/2 cucumber sliced with peel off
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp honey
Remove the watermelon rind and cut the watermelon into cubes.
Slice the cucumber, removing the peel first.
Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add cheesecloth over a strainer and then pour the watermelon, cucumber liquid into the cheesecloth to strain.
Throw away the cheesecloth and watermelon residue.
Pour the watermelon juice into a jar or pitcher and enjoy!
