These are the best gluten free brownies! They’re made with olive oil, maple syrup and almond flour and taste just as good as any other chocolate fudge brownie, without the flour!

Melt the chocolate chopped in a medium saucepan on low, stirring constantly.
Whisk in oil, brown sugar and maple syrup.
Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time, whisking.
